Suggested healthy one dish meal: Chicken macaroni soup
This dish contains vegetables (onions, celery, carrots) and chicken meat and carbohydrates (macaroni). The vegetables provide us with nutrients and vitamins, as well as dietary fiber. The meat provides us with protein needed for growth and normal functioning. The macaroni gives us carbohydrates, which we need for energy for our daily activities.
