In her blog, Clara reflected very well on her diet, and she is able to tell what she can do to improve on her diet. Her diet is relatively healthy, but she is not getting as much energy as she needs. I would advise her to increase her calorie intake.
Food blog 2: Jing Yi

Jing Yi presented her diet in a very organised manner. However, from her table, I could see that her meals were irregular and at different times daily. While her evening meals were relatively healthy and balanced, for her breakfast and lunches, she ate mostly dry snacks. She was also prone to snacking at various times of the day, on unhealthy dry snacks. I would advise Jing Yi to have healthier meals at regular times daily.
Food blog 3: Jia Qi

Jia Qi recorded her diet in a honest and detailed manner. However, she ate 4 meals a day. While it is advised to have frequent mkeals, the meals should also be small. However, Jia Qi ate 4 regualr meals. Thus, she exceeded her recommended calorie intake. Over time, this could lead to unhealthy weight gain. I would advise Jia qi to cut down on her food portions.
