Blogging my 3 day diet: Day three

3 May 2010, Monday

(8am) Breakfast: french toast (2 slices)(1 serving rice and alternatives), soya bean ( 1 200ml glass)(1 serving meat and alternatives)

(1:30pm) Lunch: chicken rice (2 servings rice)(1 serving of meat)

(7pm) Dinner: soup, rice, vegetables (1 serving of rice) (1 serving of vegetables)
